He has completed his Bachelor in Business Management and brings thoughtful approach to the business. A valued mentor to IFI, is a distinguished leader in the millet industry, born in an agricultural family, has dedicated his life to strengthening rural India, using his deep understanding of agriculture and his extensive network across the nation to create lasting positive impacts.
At the age of 75, Mr. Naik continues to inspire and guide our team. His active involvement in the production line and quality assurance process ensures that every product meets the highest standards. His dedication, wealth of experience, and commitment to quality form the foundation of our mission delivering products that benefit both health and the rural economy.
Capt. Vijay Poovaiah was a remarkable leader, motivator, and mentor whose guidance laid the foundation for our journey. A former Navy officer with a distinguished career, he served as a surveyor at Lloyd’s Register of Shipping in London, Bureau Veritas USA, and as a consultant to the Federal Government of Nigeria – Marine and Ports. As the ex-Director of Marsubmarine Co. Ltd, Japan, his vast expertise and disciplined work ethic left an indelible mark.
His steadfast belief in our vision and relentless guidance empowered us to establish our industry with confidence and purpose. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy of excellence continues to inspire and drive us forward.
Vishnu BN, brings a dynamic and fresh perspective to IFI’s finance and supply chain operations. With a strong foundation in accounting principles, Vishnu expertly oversees financial planning and supply chain coordination, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the company.
